Initial Meeting
At this meeting our portfolio and method of working are discussed. We will ask what you want from your garden, any restrictions for us to work around, a rough budget and discuss our fees. The design is staged to maximise your involvement throughout the process. Fees are payable at the completion of each stage and there is no obligationto run through all stages. |

Survey
The next step is to visit the garden and carry out a measured survey for our base plan and a detailed photographic survey. |

Outline Plan
We will prepare a coloured Outline Plan/Sketch Design which will include all the basic elements in the proposed design. We then discuss this Outline Plan to make amendments and adjustments and agree the type of planting and hard landscaping to be detailed in the Masterplan. |

Masterplan
A hand drawn coloured Masterplan, Planting Plan, Visual and Plant Maintenance Programme are prepared for the next meeting. |
