Date: Thu 6th June 2013

Here are some of the fantastic clematis which flower every year in our garden. Early colour guaranteed.

These early flowering clematis needs support so they can either grow on a trellis or even better use another climber for support. Hydrangea petiolaris or Schizophragma integrifolium are great for this and tend to produce their creamy flowers slightly later, giving continuity. A must in garden design for incorporating on a north or east facing wall or fence where they will flourish.
